Do You Have A Payment Plan?
We request a 50% deposit once we have settled on a brand package to secure your spot in our diary. Once we have finalised our designs, we require the final 50% before sending you your files.
If your package is on the larger side, we may suggest a 25% payment plan in 4 instalments.
We request payment using Card details through PayPal. However, a bank transfer is also an option. Both methods are secure for both parties and are easy to use for both British and International businesses.
How Will We Communicate?
Once I have designed your initial concepts, I will develop an in-depth document outlining my design decisions and explaining your options. This document will include 2–3 complete logo suites, colour palette options and typography. From here, we discuss your feedback over email, or we can arrange a teams/zoom call.
What is a Brand Guideline?
I create a 30-page Brand Guidelines document for every business I work with. This document will provide information on implementing your updated brand identity across your business. This document will show colour codes, conversions, typography recommendations, file explanations, and much more.
